The Ball Grace Wakes.jpeg

I come from a devising background shaped by the influences of Lecoq, Gaulier, Bausch and Abramović. My training spans work with Gecko, Improbable, Told by an Idiot, Spymonkey, Peta Lily, Stella Duffy, David Glass, David Gale and Dorothy Max-Prior, among others. After graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Theatre Arts, I built a career as a freelance practitioner, collaborating with companies across a wide range of practices whilst also creating my own work. From 2007–2022, I was a core artist with Wet Picnic, where I created, produced and toured shows that reached over one million people worldwide. This mix of influences, training and international touring experience continues to shape my approach to making bold, movement-led, theatre that connects across cultures and languages.
